Disclosures

Read all of this before writing a card. It is short on purpose, and none of it is hidden behind a click.

Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and grant no shareholder rights. Not available to U.S. persons; restricted in Canada, the UK, Switzerland and elsewhere. UPON is an independent third-party app on Robinhood Chain, not affiliated with Robinhood, NVIDIA or any issuer. No price prediction, no yield promise.

What the tokens are

Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They give economic exposure to an underlying security and do NOT grant shareholder rights in the underlying company. Holding a Robinhood Stock Token does not make you a shareholder of NVIDIA or of any other company. You cannot vote, attend meetings or make claims against the underlying company.

Who may not use this

Robinhood Stock Tokens are not available to U.S. persons. They are restricted in other jurisdictions including Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. If you are located in, resident in, or a citizen of a restricted jurisdiction, you may not write, hold or close UPON cards. You are responsible for knowing whether the law where you are permits you to hold these instruments.

Who we are not

UPON is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Robinhood, Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, NVIDIA, or any issuer of any underlying security. UPON is an independent third-party application deployed on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). Company names and tickers appear only to identify the underlying exposure and the scheduled public events a series is written around.

What we do not promise

UPON makes no price prediction and no yield promise. A Chapter records that a scheduled public event occurred. It says nothing about whether the event was good for the price, and it adds nothing to the assets inside the card.

When a card is closed, the amount withdrawn is a token quantity (for example 0.25 NVDA), not a dollar amount. The market value of that quantity can fall, including to zero. Fees are charged on the token quantity at the time of writing.

Permanence and custody

Closing a card is permanent and cannot be reversed by UPON or by anyone else. The vault contract has no administrator, no pause function and no upgrade proxy. UPON cannot freeze, recover, redirect or refund assets under any circumstance, including loss of keys, mistaken transactions or changes in law.

Withdrawal is performed by the token holder directly against the contract. It does not depend on any UPON server, website or service being online.

Provenance data

The mint block, mint date and original author address are immutable on-chain facts. A later owner of a card owns the card and its history but is never displayed as the original author or early participant. Nothing on this site is a statement about the identity of any address.

Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. Talk to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before using a product that carries securities exposure.
